Many developers assume that fractionalization is the “magic bullet” to selling their property, or project. This is far from reality.  You first need to determine the feasibility of selling your project fractionally.

Once we have completed our feasibility study, you will be better equipped to determine whether or not to implement your fractional project. 
 
The first step is for one of our expert consultants to make a site visit of the property. There we will meet with you and your team and make a thorough analysis of all of the elements including:

If we determine that your project is a qualified candidate to join our network of Fractional Villas, we will then provide you with a proposal for our turnkey, “A to Z” consulting services, to help make your project a true success story.   
 
Some projects do not require a site visit.  This can quickly be determined, once we have received basic information on your project and have had a few qualifying conversations.  If a site visit is not necessary, our feasibility fees are of course reduced accordingly. 

 
  Fractional Villas Feasibility Study 

Site Visit & Analysis:

  • $5,000 for projects located in North & Central America

  • €5,000 for projects located outside of the Americas.

  • Plus travel and lodging expenses

Includes:

  • One day site inspection and analysis of subject project, with a follow-up written report and recommendations.

Scheduling:

  • Requires 2 weeks advance notice to schedule.
