You must verify, understand and comply with all issues before beginning the promotion of your fractional project. for fractionalization, with identification of appropriate state and local permits for the project.

Assistance with obtaining permits, and approvalsYou need to know how to present and characterize your project to the officials. Our years of experience is invaluable and will help yield the best result with the least amount of objection! , if required.

$500 Per Unit

Assistance with issues regarding possible violations of and compliance with your HOA CC&R’sMany CC&R's restrict timeshare, fractional and/or co-ownership use with a periodic right to use the property. We have developed a number of legal arguments that can be made and solutions to eliminate the objections. and advice on a work-around.

Evaluation of the appropriate number of Undivided InterestsThis is a critical evaluation in optimizing the value of your project. Too many, or too few shares, priced too high, or too low will ultimately determine its success, or failure. and the pricing schedule for each share.

We will then provide you with a written report, which will include a complete summary of our opinions and recommendations. for Developers with Multi-Unit Projects.
