Fractional Villas®



 

 Dream Flight to your Dream Vacation Villa
 

Offer valid through December 30, 2008, subject to these terms and conditions.
We know how much you want to see your dream Fractional Villa in person.  Thus, we are offering you this Free Dream Flight reimbursement to visit any of our villas, subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.

  • Fractional Villas® will reimburse you, upon the close of escrow for your purchase of a share in that Fractional Villa, up to $3,000.00* of your actual travel expenses for your personal visit to any of our Fractional Villas® in North America; or, up to €750.00* of your actual travel expenses for your personal visit to any of our Fractional Villas ® in Europe.  *Note: the amount of reimbursement is different for travel to North America and to Europe as provided above.

  • Travel expenses shall be limited to actual airfare and lodging for the buyer of the share of a Fractional Villa and one guest that may accompany the buyer on their personal visit to the Fractional Villa that the share is being purchased in by the buyer.

  • This offer is limited to your purchase of one, or more, shares in that Fractional Villa, and reimbursement may only be made for one share per buyer.  If you should buy several shares in the same Fractional Villa, or more than one of our Fractional Villas®, reimbursement of your travel expenses will be limited to one of the shares only.

  • You will be responsible to provide bona fide printed receipts for all claimed expenses.

  • Your failure to purchase a share in any of our Fractional Villa's in the destination city, or town, you claim reimbursement for, will disqualify your right to any reimbursement.

  • Travel must take place between January 21, 2008 and December 30, 2008 only.

  • Escrow for your purchase of one of our Fractional Villa's® must be opened before December 30, 2008.

  • Reimbursement of your travel expenses will be subject to and made upon the close of escrow in one of our Fractional Villa's®, in the destination city, or town of the Fractional Villa you claim reimbursement for.

  • These terms, conditions and limitations are subject to change, without notice for any travel made after the date of such change.
