Typically
our villas are sold as 1/8th shares, although some are
sold with as few as 4, or as many as 12 co-owners. The
fractional value of the property is divided by the number
of shares, with all owners paying the same amount for
their interest. However, some properties are sold
under our Exclusive Monthly Use System (see below),
with share prices varying by the popularity of the season.

are offered under our Exclusive Monthly
Use System, allowing you to select and purchase the exclusive
right to use the villa, year after year, for the entire
month of your choice. This ownership program
provides longer occupancy periods, with the ease of
planning and scheduling your vacations. Each
property is priced with certain months costing more than
others, based on the seasonal popularity for the
villa's location. Skiers can hit the slopes on
their schedule, snowbirds can follow the winter sun,
and beach lovers can enjoy the waves of summer.
Even with
the Exclusive Monthly Use System, owners enjoy the
bonus right to occupy their villa during "Open
Use" months, that are not sold and are always
kept available for all owners to reserve usage. You
may also be the "guest" of another co-owner for
any of their unused "exclusive time". With
this system, each co-owner can enjoy their entire favorite
vacation month, and an unlimited amount of bonus usage,
at no extra cost, subject only to availability.
The best of both worlds, providing more time than each
owner will typically want to use the villa, while
offering a fractional ownership share for virtually every
budget. You can even own several months. But,
you better hurry, before someone buys your preferred
month!

Note:
Original co-owner's percentage of equity in the property
is proportioned by the respective amounts paid for their
fractional share. Open Use period reservations are
subject to availability, per the rules of the Priority
