Fractional Villas^® has developed a Priority Reservation System that allows each owner unlimited use of their property anytime, subject only to availability, rather than a fixed schedule of weeks throughout the year. The system allows each owner their desired use while providing for a tiebreaker rule should more than one owner wish to concurrently use the property.

You may arrive and depart anytime throughout your reserved period. Prior to your arrival, your villa will be clean, stocked and ready for your use. Each owner has an equal right of possession of the property, however a comprehensive set of Rules and Regulations determines the use schedule for all of the owners. Under the Fractional Villas^® program, you can use your property anytime you want, but if more than one owner wishes to use the property at the same time, the Reservation Manager refers to the property's Priority Reservation System to determine which owner has the higher priority for the specific time period. With this simple tiebreaker system each owner is guaranteed the highest priority and right to use the property every 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks, depending on the respective number of co-owners. Owners can swap weeks, combine weeks, and stay as long as they wish, until an owner with a higher priority wishes to use the property.
