In most of our Fractional Villas^® each owner has their own private and secure, on-site, owners' storage facilities. This allows you to keep personal items at the property such as clothing, skis, toys, pantry items, and even personal framed photographs.  No more packing and unpacking each time you travel to your property.  At your direction, before your arrival, your wardrobe will be placed in the appropriate closets, or drawers and even your framed photos will be displayed right where you left them, the last time you visited your property. At your request, the concierge will even do the grocery shopping, stock the kitchen with your favorite foods and beverages, and have fresh cut flowers beautifully displayed.
