Villa Chalki comprises two floors with a
garden and private seawater swimming pool. The
master bedroom is located on the upper floor,
with a luxurious marble en-suite bathroom with
audio sound, telephone, towel heaters, make
up/shaving mirrors, bathrobes, slippers and
signature bath amenities. The ground floor
features a fully-equipped kitchen with dining
area, a living room with bar and direct access
to the garden, a double bedroom, a bathroom
and a separate WC (toilet). The Villa
comfortably accommodates 6 persons, with the
living room sofas converted to a bed for 2
more persons.
Villa Chalki has a
lovely sea view, with terraces and gardens
surrounded by blooming planters. Styled in the
traditional Greek design, the Villa features
comfortable furniture, split air-conditioning
in each room, linens, beach and bath towels,
signature bath amenities, hypo-allergic
pillows and feather pillows, LCD flat screen
TV and satellite channels, music channel,
DVD/CD player, high speed internet and Wi-Fi,
an electronic safe deposit box, dressing
table, 24-hour room service, and laundry / dry
cleaning service.
Villa Chalki is being
offered under a timeshare contract, with a
fixed usage period for the most desirable
portion of the Greek summer, being the first
two weeks of August every year (weeks 31 &
32). There are 37 years remaining under the
existing agreement. The contract entitles the
owner of the timeshare to use the Villa for
the period mentioned above, while also having
access to all the hotel facilities at an
additional cost. The annual maintenance fees
are currently approximately €1,500 per year.
The annual maintenance fees cover the
maintenance and cleaning of the Villa, repairs
and change of furniture when necessary, all
administrative expenses to keep the Villa and
the resort in its 5-Star operational standard,
including the payment of all local government
taxes, utilities and insurance for the
facilities and buildings. During the usage
period, the hotel provides daily cleaning
service of the Villa and the private pool,
with a change of linens and towels. The owner
of the timeshare is only required to pay their
usage costs for electricity, phone and
internet access.

40 minutes). Also the port of Heraklion is
connected with daily fast ferry services to
port of Piraeus, as well as to the islands of
Santorini (1 hour 50 minutes), Mykonos (4
hours), and many of the other Cyclades Islands
for great day trips.
